Our chalet-apartment can accommodate a maximum of 8 people in two standard size double-bedded rooms, and a further room which has three full size single beds and one pull-out full size single bed.

The accommodation comprises:

an open-plan living/dining/kitchen area, with the kitchen being fully fitted and well eqipped with dishwasher, microwave and full sized oven and hob; one double bedroom, a bathroom (with washing machine) and a separate toilet situated on the first floor. A large south-facing balcony runs the width of this floor and has lovely views towards the local waterfall and mountains.
A flight of open-tred stairs takes you up to the second floor where you will find the second double bedroom, and the large 4 bedded room (mezzanine) plus shower room and separate toilet. Again there is a balcony which can be accessed from either bedroom.
The total living area is 89m².

Samoëns has been awarded a "Coq d’Or" for being one of the prettiest villages in France and is the only summer and winter sports resort in France which is listed as a historic monument by the Caisse Nationale des Monuments Historiques. Samoëns is part of the Grand Massif ski area, in the Haute Savoie region with 265km of pistes, at altitudes ranging from 900 to 2,500 m.

All bed-linen, kitchen towels and bathmats are provided but you will need to bring your own bath towels. End of stay cleaning is included, however we do ask that you leave our apartment in a clean and tidy state.
